Bruce McCarthy Bio

Bruce is a Senior Managing Director and head of EYCA Financial Sponsors Group. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital market activities. Before joining Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, he was a senior executive at a global investment bank, serving as Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of Global M&A. Bruce was also a member of the bank’s Executive Management Committee. Bruce earned an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Boston College.
