Brian is a Managing Director and Head of US Chemicals and Agriculture Investment Banking for Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience focused primarily on the chemicals and agriculture sectors. In his career, he has completed more than 75 transactions, including advising on sales, acquisitions, restructurings and fairness opinions, as well as bookrunning both public and private equity and debt financings. Previously, he held senior roles at other investment banks focused on the chemicals and agriculture sectors. Brian received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
