Miles is a Partner at EY and leads the organization’s Energy/Power, Utilities & Renewables Transactions teams. He has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience across multiple disciplines, including corporate treasury, investor relations, financial analysis and due diligence. Focusing for the last 18 years on the Energy sector, Miles has led cross-functional teams on the execution of over 300 mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across the industry. Miles provides buy-side and sell-side Transaction Advisory Services to private equity, infrastructure funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporate clients (domestic and inbound) and municipalities.
