Bio

Slava has decades of experience in investment banking, financial advisory and consulting. He has advised clients on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity raising transactions, including public and private companies across numerous health care sectors, e.g., physician practice management, dental services, acute and post-acute providers, managed care, health care IT and medical products. Prior to his role at EY, Slava served as a managing director with a leading health care investment banking firm where he led execution and origination of M&A and capital raising transactions. He has also been a senior consultant advising some of the largest integrated health systems and other clients. Slava holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS from Case Western Reserve University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 79 licenses and is a non-active CPA.
