Over Jim’s 30-plus year investment banking career, he has completed more than 150 M&A and debt/equity capital markets transactions. His clients include both large cap public companies as well as privately-held middle market companies. Jim has served as a financial advisor and board room advisor to many leading companies on strategic alternatives, transaction strategy and transaction execution. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Alma College and received an MBA from the University of Michigan.
