John is a Managing Director based in Charlotte. In his 17+ year finance career, over 10 years have been dedicated to originating and executing M&A transactions in the Tech Services sector. John has over 17 years of experience in finance, spanning banking and corporate finance. He began his career at BB&T Capital Markets as an Equity Research Analyst, followed by corporate finance at NewMarket Corp., and most recently as a banker at 7 Mile Advisors. Since 2014, he has been working on Tech Services M&A transactions across the globe.
