Jean-Louis has a background of more than 30 years in finance, M&A and consulting, particularly in the domains of professional services, IT and high-tech, as well as in-depth experience of Asia-Pacific. Jean-Louis started his career in engineering, audit and finance, before joining international IT services and consulting group Capgemini and becoming SVP, Corporate Development, in charge of M&A. He moved to Singapore in 1996 to launch Capgemini Asia, before creating in 2000 a company specializing in business information solutions and eLearning, which expanded into South-East Asia, India, Australia and Europe. After its sale, Jean-Louis launched ITVEST Consulting, a firm specializing in business development and corporate development, conducting strategic projects for international clients developing their activities in Asia, particularly M&A and market entry strategy implementation.
