Graham is a Managing Director based in New York, with a decade of experience in M&A, finance and transaction advisory. Graham began his career at KPMG advising private equity and corporate clients on a spectrum of transactions across Europe, APAC and North America, and has specialized in the Business Services industry vertical since 2017. He has successfully advised on almost 30 transactions in the business & professional services industry since then.
