Bio

Sylvaine is a specialist corporate advisor with a diverse background in the professional services sector, working with clients on M&A transactions, growth and strategic advisory. Sylvaine has an international exposure, having held different positions in countries such as India, Argentina, France and Australia. She arrived in Singapore in 2012 to participate in the launch of the Equiteq Asia Pacific business. Sylvaine holds a Masters in Management from ESSEC Business School, an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Finance with a major in Actuarial (Paris Dauphine), and an Engineer's degree with a major in Finance and Information Systems (EISTI).
