Nick is the Head of Europe and Global Head of M&A for Equiteq. Nick has over 20 years’ corporate finance experience as a banker, investor and advisor to high growth companies with a focus on entrepreneur and private equity-owned businesses in the technology sector. Prior to joining Equiteq, Nick worked at Cavendish Corporate Finance as Partner and Head of Technology and previous to that worked at Clearwater Corporate Finance where he was responsible for the technology sector and managed the firm’s private equity relationships. Prior to becoming an advisor Nick was an Investment Director at Credit Agricole Indosuez Private Equity where he managed and led transactions in Europe and the UK across sectors including TMT, oil & gas and consumer. Nick started his career at PwC where he qualified as an ACA.
