Bio

Stefania graduated in Business Economics from the University of Bergamo in 1989. During her career, she has gained extensive experience in finance & operations as well as financial services & banking, holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at financial institutions such as Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Nascent SIM, Banca Sara (from 2003 to 2012) and the Italian branch of State Street (from 2012 to 2016). In 2016, she joined Equita as Chief Financial Officer, thanks to her twenty years of experience in financial services and in accounting, tax and planning. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Lang Italia Foundation, an organisation that promotes active philanthropy able to improve the life of generations to come.
