Luigi Roth started in the Pirelli Group working both in Italy and abroad, especially in the UK. After ten years he moved to Metropolitana Milanese managing the "Planning" area. From 1980 to 1986 he managed different companies in the manufacturing and real estate sectors as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Then he had different roles as top manager and Chief Executive Officer in several companies. He is Chairman of Alba Leasing since May 2012, of Italiana Valorizzazioni Immobiliari since September 2013 and of Mellor Valorizzazioni Immobiliari since June 2010. He is member of the Board of Directors of Pirelli & C., Autostrada Torino Milano, and Eurovita Assicurazioni. He is Chairman of the "Gruppo Lombardo dei Cavalieri del Lavoro" since September 2013, and of the "Comitato Editoriale della Federazione Nazionale dei Cavalieri del Lavoro" since June 2012. He distinguishes for his social committment and engagement, where his managerial experience is available to institutions like "Fondazione Menotti Tettamanti" and "Caritas Ambrosiana". He is Cavaliere del Lavoro, Cavaliere di Gran Croce al Merito della Repubblica Italiana, e Gentiluomo di Sua Santità.
