Bio

Born in Rome on 14 November 1969, Carlo graduated in Business Economics from the LUISS University in Rome in 1993. He is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. After academic experience at the LUISS Management School and as an officer of the Guardia di Finanza tax police, in 1995 he began his career in corporate finance and investment banking with leading international companies (Coopers & Lybrand and EY Corporate Finance from 1995 to 1998, Schroders Corporate Finance from 1998 to 2001, CITI Corporate & Investment Banking from 2001 to 2008). In 2008 he joined Equita, where he held the position of Head of the Corporate Advisory team as well as being Co-Head for the Investment Banking business line.
