Bio

Mr. Gaitan is a Vice President with Envisage Advisors. He has over 12 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. He has participated in a variety of engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, placement of private capital and strategic advisory services. Previously, Mr. Gaitan was an associate at William and Henry Associates (WHA). At WHA, Mr. Gaitan managed sell-side M&A and capital raising engagement for middle market companies. Prior to WHA, Mr. Gaitan served as an analyst for De La Rosa & Co.’s (now Stifel) utility, infrastructure and transportation group. During his time at De La Rosa, Mr. Gaitan helped structure and underwrite bond issuances for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Port of Los Angeles, Los Angeles International Airport and the San Francisco International Airport. Mr. Gaitan holds a B.A. in Economics from San Diego State University.
