Jessica leads EFCG’s M&A Team, working with clients on the sell-side, the buy-side, and helping to pair interested firms with various sources of alternative capital to best fit their needs. Jessica leverages her 15 years of financial experience working with Private Equity firms, Family Offices, and various financial sponsors to help A/E/C firms find the ideal partner for optimal growth and long-term success. EFCG’s M&A Team draws on hundreds of active relationships with a wide range of financial sponsors to help clients find the ideal partner. Prior to joining EFCG, Jessica ran Institutional and Family Office Capital Raising for Black Creek Group, a leading real estate investment management firm. Previously, Jessica was a Banker with J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, where she advised ultra-high net worth family offices on their capital allocation across public and private equity, real estate, and various debt instruments. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Jessica worked at Goldman Sachs on the Foreign Exchange Trading Desk, advising hedge funds, PE firms, and family offices on hedging their FX exposure and speculating in the currency markets through spot, forward, and options trading. Jessica received her MBA with Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she was named an Edward Tuck Scholar, and graduated with Honors from Harvard University.
