Bio

Thomas is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Enqcor. He has broad experience in advising national and international clients across industries on M&A, capital structure, restructuring and related strategic topics. He specializes in complex private and public takeovers, carve-outs and capital market transactions. He previously served in various positions at Lazard and was a member of the global Consumer & Retail Group. Before, he worked with SCOR Reinsurance Group’s M&A Department in London and Sarasin & Cie’s Corporate Finance team in Zurich. Thomas holds a Master degree in Accounting & Finance and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
