Andrew Cowherd Bio

Andy Cowherd has over 25 years of investment banking and private equity investing experience focused on the healthcare sector. In these roles, he has completed a wide range of M&A and strategic advisory assignments, as well as numerous private and public financings, as both an advisor and principal. Prior to joining England & Company in 2015, Mr. Cowherd was a Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at Mesirow Financial. He also served as a Managing Director at Peter J. Solomon Company, Salomon Brothers, and BT Securities / Bankers Trust Co. In addition, Mr. Cowherd was a founding member and General Partner of Atlantic Medical Capital, LP, a private equity firm focused on the healthcare industry. Mr. Cowherd earned his AB from Princeton University and his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
