John Warmath brings more than 15 years’ experience with M&A, strategic planning, and corporate development in the healthcare industry, with a specific focus in medical devices and the orthopedics market. Prior to joining England & Company, Mr. Warmath served as Senior Director of Strategic Projects-Orthopedics at Smith & Nephew. Previously, he served as Senior Director, Business Development and Senior Director, International Expansion for Wright Medical Group NV (now Stryker). Mr. Warmath earned his BS from Tennessee Technological University, and an MBA and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
