Mr. Trulock is a Managing Director of ECS. Prior to joining ECS in 2003, Mr. Trulock was an Associate with Deutsche Bank Securities in the Energy, Power, and Chemicals Group. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Trulock was an engineering consultant with Berwanger, Inc. where he focused on refineries, petrochemical plants, and midstream processing. Mr. Trulock has worked on a wide variety of transactions including 50 M&A transactions with over $4.7 billion of transaction value, 34 public & private debt financings of over $2.8 billion and 61 private placements of over $2.7 billion. Mr. Trulock received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from Rice University.
