Mr. Kotke provides merger and acquisition advisory and business valuation services as a Managing Director with Emory & Co. He has over ten years of transaction experience and has been involved in more than 400 valuation engagements covering a wide variety of industries and sizes of companies. Mr. Kotke received an MSM with a concentration in Financial Analysis and BBA, summa cum laude, with majors in Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, administered by the CFA Institute.
