Born in 1963, graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in Electronic Engineering with a focus on economics and management, he gained significant experience in management consulting at the French company Bossard Consultants, where he held the role of Senior Project Leader, and at McKinsey, where he held the role of Engagement Manager. He was the founder and President of the airline Gandalf, which he left in 2001 after the listing on the Milan Stock Exchange, to become President, until 2007, of the long-haul airline Lauda Air and the airline Livingston. He gained significant experience in IPO and Private Equity operations and was a director of numerous companies, some of which were listed on regulated markets. Since 2007 he has been one of the founding members of EMINTAD ITALY where he gained significant experience in multiple Equity Capital Markets, M&A and Private Equity operations.
