Matt has over 8 years of experience in private equity and corporate development across various industries. Before joining Embarc Advisors, Matt worked for Canoo, helping the electric vehicle company successfully IPO in December 2020. He also worked as a senior associate for Regent, a middle-market private equity group in Los Angeles. He earned his B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
