Xavier Bailly joined Eight Advisory’s Paris office in 2011. Being partner since 2013, he now co-manages the restructuring practice in France and Europe. Xavier has been assisting companies facing difficulties since the early 2000s. Convinced that a turnaround requires mastery of the numbers but also of the operational side, he left the Big 4 firm for which he was then working to join Kroll Talbot Hughes, where he continued to progress, as he dealt with french and international clients. In 2009 and 2010, he created Mediterra, a telebiology company. Xavier graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management. He completed his studies with a Master 1 in corporate law from the Toulouse 1 Capitole University.
