Vincent de Montgolfier Bio

Vincent co-leads the Capital Markets and Financial Engineering group, a group specialized in the production of financial information for corporate and LBOs in the context of transactions (Acquisitions, disposals and capital markets transactions). Vincent has a solid experience in conducting capital market transactions (IPO, Tender offers, High Yield, etc.), knowledge of regulations (AMF & SEC), market practices, production of financial information (Special purpose financial statements, carve-out financials, pro forma, etc.) and extensive experience in translating transactions into IFRS, French GAAP and US GAAP. Prior to joining 8A in 2019, Vincent was a partner since 2011 at one of the Big 4 in the Capital Markets & Accounting Services (CMAS) practice, including more than 5 years in the USA at Chicago and San Francisco.
