After starting his career in a Big 4 company, Shafik Hosni has been part of the entrepreneurial adventure of Eight Advisory since its inception. Shafik carries out both classic due diligence assignments in the context of in-bonus transactions, as well as so-called financial restructuring assignments (due diligence, turnaround plans, liquidity forecasts, IBR and bankruptcy proceedings). The assignments carried out allow him to have a strong expertise in the Retail and E-commerce sector as well as in more industrial businesses focused on mobility.
