Rupert Templeman is a Partner in Eight Advisory’s Transaction Services team in London. He has been working in M&A since 2010, providing financial due diligence (buy-side, sell-side, refinancing) and SPA advice to private equity and corporate clients. Rupert has signifant experience across various sectors including Business Services, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare and TMT. Before joining Eight Advisory, Rupert worked in EY’s Transaction Support team in London. Rupert is a qualified accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Nottingham.
