Paul assists his clients in the prevention and treatment of corporate difficulties and carries out financial and operational restructuring assignments (IBR, due diligences, turnaround plans, business plan modeling and cash flow forecasts). Paul has acquired a strong sectorial competence in professional services – consulting, notary, etc. – on financial expertise missions (capital transmission, partnership, structuring, wages compensation, etc.). As a chartered accountant, Paul has expertise in distressed companies litigations (abnormal flows, mismanagement, etc.). After his studies at EMLYON, Paul joined Eight Advisory at its creation after a first experience at one of the Big four in audit and valuation.
