Patric Roth Bio

Patric is the Managing Partner of Eight Advisory Switzerland. He has over 22 years of transaction and accounting advisory experience covering on buy-side, sell-side and lender due diligence, SPA advisory as well as pre-deal and post-deal integration and separation support. Patric has served financial investors and corporate clients with a Swiss or international background and advised on local and cross border transactions that cover most of European jurisdictions, Americas, China, India and Africa. His sector experience includes diversified industries, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, technology and media, transport and mobility. Prior to joining 8A, Patric spent 20 years with EY and KPMG, commencing his career on a dual path with the Global Assurance team and the Transaction Advisory team. in 2006 Patric began solely focusing on the M&A business.
