Murat Deniz Bio

‘Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Murat spent 13 years in TS within a Big 4 with a key focus on large cap private equity funds, covering financial due diligence services accross all sectors. Murat joined Eight Advisory in August 2018 and is one of the founding members of the German practice. He became Partner in 2019 and is working in the Frankfurt practice of 8A. Expertise in Transaction Services with focus on Private Equity clients and understanding of the unique specifics of a diverse range of industries (healthcare and industrials especially). Murat focuses on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, refinancing and carve-out services. He has experience in working on complex transaction support projects, involving accounting (HGB, IFRS and US-GAAP), valuation, data analysis and economic assessments.
