Maxime Goerens Bio

Maxime Goerens is Partner within the Transaction Services team of our Eight Advisory Lyon office. Maxime began his career at Mazars during 5 years before joining Eight Advisory in 2015. Maxime supports private equity firms, corporate accounts, and family-owned businesses with financial due diligence in their Transaction operations and has gained expertise in various sectors as e-commerce, industry, healthcare and software, in France and abroad. Maxime is graduated from the GEM Business School (Grenoble Ecole de Management) with a specialization in Finance.
