Marc Niclas Bio

Marc has 15 years of national and international audit and consulting experience with a focus on M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients. Before joining Eight Advisory, Marc was responsible at a Big-4 firm for leading and executing financial due diligence projects with a focus on medium-sized private equity houses and corporate investors. In addition, he was responsible for the coordination of international project teams and of various specialist teams such as tax, operations, carve-out and strategy teams. During a two-year secondment in Budapest, Hungary, he was jointly responsible for developing and strengthening the transaction services team. Marc started his career by performing statutory audits, during which time he passed his German tax advisor and German chartered accountant exams.
