Lionnel Gerard Bio

Lionnel is one of the founding partner of Eight Advisory in 2009. He is now heading our Energy, Infrastructure & Project Finance practice, with today thirty dedicated professionals based in Paris, Hamburg and London. Lionnel has more than 25 years of experience in transaction advisory for both PE houses and large international groups. He is now advising infrastructure funds and large strategic players in the sectors of energy, construction, telecoms and transport in their acquisitions, disposals and project financing. Lionnel started his career within a Big 4 firm as bank auditor and later joined another Big 4 firm devoting to buy-side and sell-side due diligences, with a focus on energy and infrastructure sectors. Lionnel has a wide experience of international transactions and complex carve-out operations.
