Jonathan Broom Bio

Jonathan Broom is a Partner in Eight Advisory’s Transaction Services team in London. He specialises in financial due diligence (buy-side, sell-side, refinancing and carve-out) and SPA advice for private equity and corporate clients. Before joining Eight Advisory as a founding member of the UK team in early 2016, Jonathan worked in BDO’s Transaction Services team in London. Jonathan has significant experience across a range of sectors including Consumer, Business Services, Healthcare and TMT. Jonathan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales after graduating with a first class BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Sheffield.
