Johannes Steinel Bio

Johannes has been working in turnarounds, restructuring, and transformation for more than 25 years. Leading 8A’s restructuring practice since 2021, Johannes offers financial and operational restructuring, cash management & working capital improvements, and CRO services. Prior to joining 8A, he has served as Restructuring partner with EY and PwC. He has also worked with American restructuring boutique AlixPartners as well as Swiss private equity firm Capvis Equity Partners.
