Recent pre-deal engagements led by Jean include different types of situations: Standalone LBOs, Carve-outs and Build-ups / Synergies identification. Main post deal engagement led by Jean, relate to strategic operating model evolutions with a specific attention to strategic value creation levers using an End to End approach. He mainly focuses on B2B industries and healthcare sector leveraging his past experience as former head of operations in the chemical industry and electronic equipment second life management.
