Hans leads the Transaction Services team of Eight Advisory in the Netherlands and has more than 20 years of International experience in providing clients with deal based transaction support. Hans served both Private Equity and Corporate clients across a broad range of industries including retail and consumer products, manufacturing, construction, business services, renewable energy and automotive During his career Hans worked on a broad variety of assignments, including buy- and sell-side due diligence, carve-outs, independent business reviews, SPA support, operational turnarounds and entity priority modelling engagements. Hans has extensive international experience working c.14 years at Big-4 in London, New York and Hamburg and c.8 years in Big-4 in the Netherlands
