Gennat Mouline Bio

Gennat is partner in Transaction Services. She is in charge of Eight Advisory Spain. She is also Head of Healthcare and Lifesciences sector within Eight Advisory. She has started her carreer in a Big4 and joined Eight Advisory at the inception late 2009/early 2010 as part of the Transaction Services team in Paris. She is specialized in Financial Due Diligence (buy-side, sell-side, vendor assistance, refinancement, Independant Business Review, Locked box, Completion accounts, etc). She mainly works for Private Equity funds, family offices and corporate. She has a seasonned experience with strong knowledge in many sectors, among them healthcare, BtoB services, software, industrial environment including agro-food and packaging. She fluently speaks Spanish, English, French and Arabic.
