Frédéric Blache Bio

Frédéric Blache founded the “Digital Transformation” practice when he joined Eight Advisory in 2019. Within the “Strategy & Operations” department, Frédéric leads a team of technophiles who use their “Data” and “Process mining” skills and their “Tech” culture to help our clients’ strategic decisions and transformations. The creation of added value is their guideline. Frédéric and his team systematically intervene in situations of hyper-complexity (siloed data, dissonance between the business and the “tech”) and mainly for companies in hyper-growth. Prior to joining Eight Advisory, Frédéric spent 13 years at one of the Big 4, working in auditing, financial advisory and transactions. He has worked in over thirty countries and spent a year in China.
