Florent Garnier Bio

Florent Garnier has developed expertise in complex financial due diligence, notably carrying out assignments presenting carve-out and long-term contract considerations. He has supported clients in various sectors, mainly in tech (software, cloud, etc.), industry (aerospace, defense, telecommunications, etc.), retail and consumer goods (cosmetics, alcohol,etc.) and education. Florent has also developed expertise in financial communication strategy upstream of operations (definition of financial and non-financial KPIs, value creation demonstration,proforma models and accounts, equity story definition and financial alignment, etc.) which he was able to put it into practice through carve-out operations or IPOs (in particular OVHcloud). He graduated from EDHEC Business School with a major in Finance. After an initial consulting experience in Australia, he continued his career at one of the Bigfour in Paris before joining Eight Advisory in 2014.
