Emmanuel Riou Bio

Emmanuel Riou joined 8advisory to deploy a specific offer for players in the financial services sector and those who wish to invest in it. He manages the dedicated FIG offer and deploys it in conjunction with the other service lines and foreign offices. Emmanuel specializes in financial due diligence (VDD, DD and specific reviews, carve-out) for large groups, investment funds and entrepreneurial structures. He works in regulated environments (ACPR or AMF in France) such as insurance companies, banks, investment firms, PSP and intermediaries. Prior to joining 8advisory, Emmanuel spent 14 years developing the financial services transaction offering at Grant Thornton, accumulating a very significant track record with investment funds and major accounts in France and internationally.
