Boris specialises in financial due diligence and assists his clients in their acquisition, disposal and refinancing projects. He works for small, mid and large cap private equity funds as well as for major groups. Boris has completed numerous assignments with an international dimension and has developed expertise in several sectors including food and consumer goods, B2B services, entertainment and industry. Boris is an engineer from Centrale Marseille and a graduate of HEC. He started his career in the audit department of a Big 4 before joining Eight Advisory in 2010.
