Bio

Bertrand Perrette founded the Nantes office in 2014 and the Rennes office in 2021. He leads the Transaction Services and Restructuring activities in the large northwestern quarter of France and works daily with the other teams to meet all of our clients’ needs. Accompanied by a team of about 20 people, Bertrand is specialized in financial due diligence (VDD, Buy Side & Refinancing) and in the support of underperforming companies (financial and operational restructuring). Thanks to a tailored approach, Bertrand and his team are able to assist all sizes of companies, including SMEs, ETIs and family-owned or cooperative groups. Before joining Eight Advisory in 2010, Bertrand worked for 10 years with Arthur Andersen/EY and then PwC, mainly in the context of company turnarounds.
