Athalie Pariscoat Bio

Athalie Pariscoat joined Eight Advisory in 2022 as Partner in charge of Human Resources. In addition to her operational experience in Human Resources management, Athalie is specialised in talent management: screening and assessment, career management, development programmes, succession planning. Athalie started her career in strategy consulting at Kea&Partners and then at the Boston Consulting Group. She joined Société Générale Group in 2009 to hold various positions within the Human Resources division, including Business Unit HR Manager and Head of Group Talent Management and Corporate University.
