Julien Beraud Bio

Julien Beraud is Managing Partner, member of the Executive Committee of Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance and has over 25 years of experience in M&A, advisory and operational real estate. He joined the Edmond de Rothschild Group in 2016 to cover the real estate and financial services sectors. Julien began his career at Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance in 1998 before joining Icade Conseil in 2004. After 8 years as a consultant, he joined the Icade real estate company in 2006 and joined the management committee. During these 10 years, he successively held the positions of Director of Investments and Arbitrages before becoming Director of Asset Management. Julien is recognized in the market as a specialist in real estate and financial services, sectors in which he has completed some thirty transactions. Julien is a graduate of the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP).
