Benjamin Zayat Bio

Benjamin Zayat is Managing Director at Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance and has nearly 20 years' experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. He joined the Edmond de Rothschild Group in 2024. Prior to joining the group, he held the position of Managing Partner at Clearwater International since 2018. Benjamin began his career at Credit Suisse. In 2010, he joined the French office of Lincoln International, then Easton CF (now Clearwater International) in 2012. Benjamin Zayat graduated from ESCP in 2005 with a major in Finance.
