Bio

Paul serves as a Managing Director, initiating relationships, to assist in the growth of EdgePoint Capital Advisors. Paul’s prior business experiences provide him with the experience of advising companies in growth and transition through a sale, acquisition, or management buyout. Paul built two national executive search firms, and has successfully transitioned one to a publicly traded organization. He joined EdgePoint from Centric Consulting. There, Paul was the National Business Development Leader, a role which was created to be part of an international management consulting firm to assist in their growth. He worked with a team that delivered a wide range of technical and business focused solutions to mid and large clients nationally. Before joining Centric, Paul was a Vice President of Sales at a custom packaging firm in New York. In addition, Paul had a long tenured career in the executive search industry advising clients on leadership talent, assisting them in transforming their organizations. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing with a concentration in Management from Pace University. Paul is currently a Board member of NxtGen Nexus , a professional family business tool providing businesses a community and marketplace for growth and transition. He also sits on the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association, Cleveland Chapter. He has spoken at events regarding leadership. Paul resides in Avon with his wife, and enjoys spending time with their three children, and staying active in sports.
