Bio

Chris is a Director at EdgePoint Capital Advisors, with nearly 10 years of experience serving clients on transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, recapitalizations and other advisory work. Over the course of his career, Chris has played a leadership role in the execution of M&A transactions across the business services, industrial, and consumer sectors. He has successfully closed buy and sell-side M&A transactions for entrepreneurs, private equity clients, and large and small public companies. Prior to joining EdgePoint Capital Advisors, Chris worked as a Corporate Development Professional for ECMC Group, Inc. In this role, Chris helped launch an institutional investment management practice, advised on internal M&A activity, and was responsible for developing the organization’s direct principal investing strategy and program – partnering with founders and investors on a number of transactions. Earlier in his career, Chris worked as a junior investment banker at Lazard Middle Market and Prestwick Partners in Minnesota. Chris received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis in Finance and minor in Economics.
