Todd brings over 30 years of investment banking experience to Edge Healthcare Partners. In addition to a long career in investment banking, Todd also brings an operational and entrepreneurial perspective to Edge Healthcare Partners as he was a Founder and Senior Vice President of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation, a practice-management company focused on orthopedics that developed, owned and managed ambulatory surgery centers. During his tenure at OrthoLink, Todd was instrumental in developing new physician partnerships and helped the company grow from a five person start-up in 1995 to over $20 million in EBITDA when it was acquired by United Surgical Partners in early 2000. As a trusted advisor to healthcare companies, Todd has managed a wide variety of projects ranging from acquisitions, divestitures, financings and financial restructurings to joint ventures and strategic alliance formation. Todd has advised on over 100 transactions in his career ranging from start-up stage financings to multi-billion dollar public mergers.
