Mary is a senior vice president in Edge Healthcare Partners’ Atlanta office. In a career spanning over 15 years, she has helped manage numerous transactions across the gamut of healthcare including acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, valuations, financings and fairness opinions. Mary is a key part of the team, having worked with Todd and Bryan on over 70 transactions. Prior to joining Edge Healthcare Partners, Mary was an associate in the healthcare investment banking department at Houlihan Lokey. Previously, Mary was a senior financial analyst in the healthcare investment banking department at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In addition to her transaction responsibilities while at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Mary was also head of the analyst training program. Mary received a B.S. in commerce with a concentration in finance from the University of Virginia. She is registered with FINRA (formerly the NASD) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, and 79).
