Bio

With experience in both law and investment banking, Bryan brings a diverse range of skills to Edge Healthcare Partners. During his career, Bryan has directed over 100 transactions including over 90 healthcare transactions. He has managed a wide variety of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings and related transactions for a diverse group of healthcare providers, tax-exempt entities, device manufacturers, distributors, healthcare information technology and life sciences companies. Bryan began his professional career as a corporate restructuring attorney in the Atlanta office of the law firm of King & Spalding. Following his legal career, Bryan was a director at The Robinson-Humphrey Company and its successor, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where, along with Todd, he managed the healthcare investment banking group. Prior to founding Edge Healthcare Partners, Bryan was a director in the healthcare investment banking department at Houlihan Lokey where, in addition to his senior role on investment banking assignments, he managed the healthcare group’s private equity, venture capital and hedge fund relationships. Bryan earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; a J.D. from Emory University School of Law; and an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Mr. Pope is registered with FINRA (formerly the NASD) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, and 79).
